To all of the members of the class, especially Cora Hurwitz's history class that did the history of NE Philadelphia before 1854 project:
A society called "Friends of Northeast Philadelphia History" received permission from the school district to reprint the History of Northeast Philadelphia before 1854. This book was written by members of our class and originally published in the school print shop in 1969. The book will be featured at the Northeast Philadelphia History Fair at the Holy Family College in Northeast Philadelphia. Members of the class who appear at the fair will receive a free copy. Members are welcome to attend and to sign copies of the book. There will be a photo opp of all class members there at noon. Others who want a copy of the book for $20 plus shipping.
